Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping is free for all items sold on our website.
Most products, including apparel items which are printed to order, are shipped from warehouses in the United States. Standard shipping for these products has an estimated delivery time of 3-8 business days and is free to you.
Some of our products are shipped from international warehouses located outside of the United States. This will be clearly indicated in the product description page, and standard shipping for these products is free, but you should allow 4-5 weeks for the item to be delivered due to transit times and customs processing.
USA: Currently we only ship to the United States forty-eight contiguous states and Washington, DC – with the temporary exception of Massachusetts. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases or diplomatic locations. We are also currently and temporarily unable to ship to Massachusetts.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Damages
AllFlamingo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
